EFNMS, the European authority on maintenance and asset management, has awarded the organisation of the 2018 edition of the biannual Euromaintenance congress to BEMAS, the Belgian society for Maintenance and Asset Management.
EuroMaintenance, since 1972 the most important European congress in the field of Maintenance, was for the first time organised in Belgium in 2008. Up to present, EuroMaintenance 2008 was the most successful Maintenance congress in Europe, with more than 750 participants from 51 countries all over the world. BEMAS aims to go beyond the successes of 2008. Asset owners are investing in the transition from classic maintenance towards maintenance 4.0. More than ever engineers, maintenance managers and reliability leaders are looking into the opportunities offered by the new technologies in the field of predrictive and prescriptive maintenance currently reaching the market. Of course Euromaintence 4.0 will also address best practices in asset management and the essential fundamentals for reliable operations.
