Service Management Community of Practice
With the 'Service Management Community of Practice', BEMAS specifically targets Service Managers, Contract Managers and After Sales Managers operating in service providing organisations. The aim of the BEMAS 'Service Management Community of Practice' is to create a network of service professionals who actively share best practices and knowledge with each other and the community. A wide range of topics will be covered: from receiving a service request, to the internal handling, dispatching and execution by Service Technicians, to service report processing, reporting, KPIs and Customer Satisfaction monitoring. Of course, in the current times of digital transformation, the digitisation of the service process and service offerings certainly cannot be missing from the agenda.
We foresee an exciting programme with targeted webinars and seminars around all kinds of aspects of the operational service process. Everyone involved in managing service activities at customers is welcome and can register for the full programme or for the sessions that fill in a specific interest.
