Workshop: Ignite your AI field service Roadmap

Seminar
Service Management

Field service organizations today face a rapidly evolving landscape. Customer expectations are rising, service complexity is increasing, and skilled labor shortages continue to pressure operational efficiency. At the same time, digital transformation and data availability are opening the door to powerful new capabilities—especially through Artificial Intelligence (AI).

From predictive maintenance and automated scheduling to intelligent dispatching and customer self-service, AI technologies are reshaping how field services are delivered, optimized, and scaled. Yet many organizations struggle to move from isolated initiatives to a strategic and actionable AI roadmap that delivers real impact. That’s where this workshop begins.

“Ignite Your AI Field Service Roadmap” is a hands-on, collaborative workshop designed for service managers who are ready to explore how AI can unlock value in their operations. Building on key insights from our recent webinar, this session will help participants assess their current FSM maturity, identify high-potential AI use cases, and develop a tailored roadmap for AI implementation—aligned with their business goals and operational realities.

Through a guided self-assessment, interactive discussion, and a structured planning exercise, participants will leave with:

• A clear understanding of where AI can add the most value in field service.

• A prioritized use case supported by a compelling business case.

• A concrete 90-day plan to start making progress.

Join us to connect with peers, reflect on your own service organization, and take the first steps toward a smarter, AI-powered future in field service management.
