Workshop: Digitalisation and AI in Asset Management: Building Your Roadmap and Turning It into Action

Workshop
IIoT & Maintenance 4.0 & 5.0

For many maintenance and asset management teams, digitalisation, automation and AI offer clear opportunities, but also raise difficult questions. The challenge is often not the lack of technology, but knowing where to start, how to set priorities, and how to ensure that digital transformation creates tangible value for your department.

Without a clear roadmap, initiatives can remain fragmented, disconnected from operational needs, or difficult to translate into measurable results. You may be looking for a way to link digital ambitions to better asset reliability, more efficient maintenance processes and smarter decision-making.

In this workshop, you explore how to kick-start your digitalisation or automation journey, how to define an actionable roadmap for asset management, and how to recognise the key pitfalls, success factors and value levers. Practical exercises help you reflect on your own context and translate the workshop content into first concrete steps. You also discover how AI can already support your operations today, allowing you to leave with ideas and insights that you can apply in your own organisation.
