Predictive maintenance with the SPOT Robot at AB InBev Leuven Brewery
Over the past year, Spot has revolutionized operations at AB InBev's Leuven facility as part of the "Brewery of the Future" program. This innovative robot, initially tasked with conducting inspections to identify mechanical issues and air leaks, has exceeded expectations by detecting over 150 anomalies within its first six months. Remarkably, Spot has significantly reduced repair times to just 13 days, contributing to improved performance and energy efficiency across the packaging lines. During this seminar and company visit you will discover all about Spot's impact and how it aligns with the AB InBev commitment to achieving net-zero operations by 2028.
This event is cancelled, a new date will be communicated soon.
Join us on 13 June to witness Spot in action and learn more about the transformative role of technology in brewery operations. Boston Dynamics presents the possibilities of Spot and applications in maintenance. Finally, AB InBev presents the first results and the challenges encountered while implementing the project. After the presentations we take a look at Spot in action on the brewery floor. We look forward to hosting you for what promises to be an enlightening and inspiring experience!
