Aging industrial assets and increasing sustainability requirements are putting unprecedented pressure on maintenance and asset management teams. However, many organizations still operate with fragmented systems or manual processes, making it difficult to implement proactive maintenance strategies and to align operations with environmental and cost-efficiency goals.

Predictive maintenance integrated within Microsoft ERP environments provides a structured approach to move from reactive to data-driven asset management. During this webinar, industry experts will explain how predictive maintenance contributes to improved asset reliability, cost control, and supports broader digital transformation initiatives. You’ll also gain practical insights from Proviron, an industrial manufacturer that has successfully implemented an embedded EAM solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Their real-world experience will highlight how integrating maintenance with core business processes leads to tangible benefits—such as streamlined work planning, better data quality, more efficient financial approvals, and reduced system complexity. The session will include a live demonstration of TAG Mobi.

TAG Mobi is a fully embedded Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed to unify financial, operational, and supply chain processes within a single system. In industrial settings, it supports manufacturing operations through features such as production order management, bill of materials (BOM) handling, capacity planning, and inventory control. The platform facilitates real-time visibility into production workflows, enabling organizations to optimize resource utilization, reduce lead times, and enhance product quality. TAG Mobi's native integration ensures seamless alignment between maintenance operations and core business processes, eliminating the need for external interfaces or duplicate data handling.

RobinWallaert

Robin Wallaert, Preventive Maintenance and Digitalization Manager, Proviron

Robin Wallaert holds a master’s degree in industrial sciences with a specialization in chemistry. His passion for technology started early. At the age of eight, he already had his own pc in his room and began exploring the foundations of programming and digital systems. This formative experience sparked a lasting interest in automation and digitalisation, which continues to shape his professional focus today.

Robin gained early leadership experience at Arvesta, where he was responsible for the daily production of over 1,500 tonnes of animal feed. He later joined Fluxys at Belgium’s key LNG Terminal. In addition to leading three technical departments—electricity, instrumentation, and industrial safety, he oversaw both ship-to-shore and ship-to-ship operations for the world’s largest LNG carriers (up to 267,000 m³) that required strict adherence to safety protocols, and seamless coordination between terminal infrastructure and the ship cargo control rooms.

Today, as Preventive Maintenance & Digitalisation Manager at Proviron, Robin combines hands-on operational expertise with a strong drive for digital innovation. He focuses on developing smart maintenance strategies that improve reliability, efficiency, and data integration across production assets.

DieterUlrichts

Dieter Ulrichts, Chief Operating Officer, Proviron

Dieter Ulrichts holds a degree in engineering with a specialization in chemistry. After completing his studies, he began his professional journey in the chemical industry, where he quickly immersed himself in research and development (R&D). He began his career as an R&D engineer at Taminco, a company recognized for its expertise in amine-based chemistry. In this capacity, he played a key role in various R&D initiatives, building a solid foundation in chemical process development.

Following Taminco’s acquisition by Eastman Chemical Company, Dieter progressed to the position of Global R&D Project Leader. In this global role, he led complex development projects, further sharpening his expertise in chemical engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and project management at scale.

He later joined Proviron, a family-owned chemical company headquartered in Belgium, where he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this strategic leadership role, Dieter is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s core operational domains, including production, engineering, maintenance, safety, and prevention. He plays an important role in driving operational excellence across multiple production units, ensuring efficiency, capacity expansion, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of safety. His leadership helps position Proviron for sustainable growth and innovation in a competitive chemical market.
