Step 2: collecting the data

You collect the necessary data for the business case calculation. You remain in contact with the speakers for any questions and you send the data before the 15th of April, so that your business case can be prepared and which then will be reviewed in the practical workshop. You can also prepare the data yourself and bring the information directly to the workshop where you'll make the business case together with the workshop facilitators.

In these companies she has worked in transformation projects focused on the Automotive & FMCG industries, and has also contributed to projects in Logistics, network design and inventory optimization.
