We will also introduce how a business case can be built and the necessary data to calculate the potential savings in Inventory, Procurement, and Organization after implementing Artificial Intelligence for Spare Parts Management. After the webinar, it will be possible for you to understand the possibilities of applying Artificial Intelligence for your company and what data are necessary to analyze your potential benefits and start working on collecting that data towards the next steps.

Follow-up: hands on workshop

As a follow up, 4 weeks later, we will do a practical workshop.

During those 4 weeks you collect the necessary data for the business case calculation. You remain in contact with the speakers for any questions and you can send the data before the 15th of April, so that your business case can be prepared and which then will be reviewed in the practical workshop. You can also prepare the data yourself and bring the information directly to the workshop where you'll make the business case together with the workshop facilitators.
