Asset management awareness training for managers
This 1-day training course is designed for managers at strategic and high tactical level who steer asset management activities from their position.
In your role as a manager at strategic or tactical level, you are responsible for steering asset management activities without being an in-depth expert yourself. This brings unique challenges, such as balancing effectively between creating value for the organisation, ensuring sustainable asset performance and making strategic decisions. It is also essential to have a good understanding of stakeholder expectations and how these align with your organisation's broader objectives.
This training focuses on asset management decision-making in the context of the organisation's corporate values and environment and the role of the manager in the ongoing development of asset management. The training course focuses on a practical case study. The training is conducted in 1 full day, with a practical case study at the centre.
