SOA People Group strengthens its European SAP position with a majority stake in Detaysoft

SOA People Group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Detaysoft, one of the leading SAP Platinum Partners in Türkiye.

As part of the transaction, the activities of SOA People Türkiye, formerly Çözümevi, will be combined with Detaysoft. This will create one integrated Turkish SAP organisation with more than 600 professionals.

The organisation will continue to be led by Detaysoft founders Alkin Aksoy and Bora Dündar. Through this combination, SOA People aims to bring together Detaysoft’s strong local presence and expertise with the Group’s broader international network.

The expansion represents a significant increase in scale for SOA People Group.

Following the integration, the Group will have more than 1,600 SAP consultants across 10 countries, with combined revenues of approximately €250 million.

The transaction is part of SOA People’s broader international growth strategy. By 2030, the Group aims to grow towards annual revenues of approximately €500 million.

To achieve this, SOA People is focusing both on further growth in its existing markets and on expanding its international expertise and delivery capacity.

An important part of the strategy is the further development of Türkiye as a nearshore delivery hub for European customers.

By combining the capabilities of SOA People Türkiye and Detaysoft, the Group gains access to a larger pool of specialised SAP professionals. This capacity can be used to support international projects and provide European customers with additional expertise.

The combined offering includes SAP S/4HANA transformations, cloud solutions, industry-specific applications, software development, and solutions that integrate artificial intelligence into SAP processes.

In this way, SOA People aims to combine international scale with local service and proximity to its customers.

The expansion is also relevant for organisations within the BEMAS network.

SAP is widely used by industrial companies to manage assets, maintenance planning, work orders, spare parts, materials, and other technical business processes.

At the same time, many organisations are preparing for or already undergoing the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the further digitalisation of their maintenance and asset management processes.

By expanding its international capacity, SOA People can support these transformation programmes on a larger scale. This goes beyond the technical implementation of SAP and also includes connecting processes, data and digital technologies to help organisations manage maintenance and assets more efficiently.
