Call for Speakers – Asset Performance Conference 2026
Preparations for the Asset Performance Conference 2026 are well underway. The conference will take place on November 18–19, 2026 at the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center in Antwerp, Belgium. For this edition, BEMAS is still looking for speakers willing to share their practical experience, insights or research with an international audience of maintenance and asset management professionals.
Why attend Asset Performance 2026 as a speaker?
The industrial world is under increasing pressure due to global competition, rising costs, stricter regulations and accelerating digitalisation. Asset Performance 2026 therefore focuses on practical, evidence-based and measurable results from real industrial environments. In particular, we strongly encourage asset owners to submit case studies demonstrating how they improved performance, increased reliability, reduced costs or strengthened sustainability.
We welcome:
- Non-commercial, practice-based case studies from asset owners (30–35 minutes), highlighting the challenge, implementation journey and measurable results
- Actionable insights with clear lessons learned and proven methods
- Contributions from academia and research with tangible relevance for industry
- Submissions from solution and service providers, preferably as joint presentations with an asset owner
Selected speakers can attend the conference free of charge (travel and accommodation not included).
Interested in contributing? Submit your proposal via the online submission form (this takes about 10 minutes).
Submission deadline: March 15, 2026.
