Open standards for sharing asset data
In maintenance and asset management, it is essential to have accurate and complete data on assets. Both internal departments (purchasing, technical service, inspection service, safety service, etc.) and external partners (OEMs, MRO suppliers, maintenance and overhaul companies, etc.) each use their own way of storing and managing data on the same assets.

Over de spreker
Dimitri Malschaert behaalde zijn diploma van Burgerlijk Werktuigkundig/Elektrotechnisch Ingenieur in 2000. In 2002 voegde hij hier een masteropleiding in Integraal Onderhoudsmanagement aan toe. Hij startte zijn carrière in 2000 bij Alcatel Microelectronics te Oudenaarde. Dimitri bekleedde verschillende uitvoerende en leidinggevende posities. In 2008 was hij er verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van SAP-PM door Oracle als onder-houdsinformatiesysteem.
In 2010 ging Dimitri aan de slag als maintenance manager bij Puratos. Gedurende 6 jaren hervormde hij het onderhouds-departement van een fire fighting tot een voorspelbare organisatie steunende op de Value Driven Maintenance (VDMXL) aanpak. De focus op de organisatie, de werkprocessen en systemen was hierbij cruciaal. Bij Mainnovation is Dimitri als Executive Consultant betrokken bij grote en complexe change trajecten op het vlak van onderhoud en asset management.
How does a learning network work?
In a Learning Network, companies help each other by sharing and developing knowledge and experience in a very targeted way on a specific topic. The Learning Network meets two to four times a year at the premises of one of the participants. The content of each session is determined jointly by the participants. After each session, we discuss how to shape the follow-up sessions.
A Learning Network is only accessible to asset owners. We therefore reserve the right to refuse registrations. At the request of the participants, other profiles may be invited.
A Learning Network is free for BEMAS members. Non-members can participate in the first session for £85 (excluding VAT).
