Challenges and experiences with mobile applications for SAP
Maintenance processes are secured within EAM systems. More and more companies simplify their use by applying a mobile application and/or other add-ons. In general, the use of mobile applications with SAP assists technical services in streamlining processes, improving communication, and increasing overall productivity.
Has your organization been using such an application in combination with SAP-PM (EAM) for some time and are you looking to further optimize its use or explore new applications? Or are you planning to take the first steps toward implementing mobile apps? Then BEMAS would like to contribute to this through its Learning Network.
In this first seminar, we aim to map out the current SAP landscape and identify your challenges and experiences. The session will be facilitated by Dimitri Malschaert, managing consultant at Mainnovation.
This afternoon is the perfect opportunity for the BEMAS community to help each other grow. We warmly invite you to share your valuable insights and feedback with other participants. After the session, we will discuss together how to shape the follow-up sessions.

He began his career in 2000 at Alcatel Microelectronics in Oudenaarde, where he held various operational and managerial positions. In 2008, he was responsible for replacing SAP-PM with Oracle as the maintenance information system.
In 2010, Dimitri took on the role of Maintenance Manager at Puratos. Over six years, he transformed the maintenance department from a fire-fighting team into a predictable organization based on the Value Driven Maintenance (VDMXL) approach. The focus on organization, work processes, and systems was crucial in this transformation.
