Maintenance Management

The optimisation of spare parts management is a key performance lever for maintenance activities. On the one hand, the return to operation of installations after failure and therefore their availability depend directly on the availability of the parts that make them up. On the other hand, these parts represent a significant item in the maintenance budget, both in terms of purchases and logistics costs (transport, storage, handling).
