Work order management: preparation and planning The preparation and planning of work orders are essential elements in the proactive workflow, allowing them to be sustained through the writing of procedures and operating methods, but also to optimise the execution of tasks in the field (Wrench time).

The course will address a complete set of structure, roles and responsibilities, preparation, execution and evaluation of work. It is based on a didactic and interactive game ("THE OUTAGE GAME") highlighting all the good practices, and the importance of everyone's role in the daily management of maintenance.
This 3-day training course is aimed at maintenance managers, preparers and planners.
