How to improve production line efficiency through electrical signature analysis (ESA)
In an increasingly competitive and demanding industrial environment, asset management faces major challenges related to performance optimisation, cost control and the transition to a more sustainable industry.
Today, asset owners are faced with several key issues: ageing infrastructure, rising energy costs, the transition to Industry 4.0, a shortage of skilled labour, spare parts inventory management and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Improving production line efficiency requires a proactive approach to maintenance and energy optimisation. Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA) is an innovative solution to these challenges. By analysing equipment consumption and electrical behaviour in real time, ESA enables you to anticipate breakdowns, optimise maintenance, improve energy performance and enhance the reliability of industrial processes.
