AMprover5.0 gives you all the insight you need, to make the right decisions. Weather you need to focus on cost control, uptime or SHEQ. There are always alternatives and smart ways to execute maintenance.

We will show that AMprover is powerful software which allows you to manage and mitigate risks and get insight in costs and effectiveness of various measures.

Part 1:

  • The need for a Reliability toolkit within Asset Management
    • How can we optimize the (risk) value of your Asset- & Maintenance organisation
    • What kind of risks (or failures) can occur
    • How can you balance the effort of risk analysis
    • How can a proper toolkit be of help with these analysis
  • How to cope with demands and issues from various perspectives from different stakeholders
    • How do you implement “Image” and non-material risks
    • How do we mitigate risks regarding durability & sustainability

Part 2:

  • The process of Risk/Value Management within the toolkit
    • How is a proper Risk analysis facilitated
    • How do you create a good maintenance concept including spare parts analysis to mitigate your risks (FMEA/RCM)
    • How do you optimize your current maintenance concept (PMO)
  • The approach in the software
    • How can you optimize different maintenance activities
    • How are these activities visualized on the life cycle
    • How can you implement the maintenance tasks in your EAM-system

AMprover was developed bij Traduco, a Mainnovation company. With this risk management software you’ll really get on top of your assets. Closely manage the critical assets - pointed out with a risk analysis - and decide how you want to manage all other assets. Also determine the mitigating measures by means of an FMECA/RCM method. AMprover saves and uses collected data about the assets in a very (cost)effective way. Traduco and Mainnovation are now joining forces and are working on a new version of AMprover. Linking the software possibilities with Mainnovations proven VDMXL methodology is creating an even more powerful tool with which every asset management organisation can be in full control of the entire asset base.
 

About the workshop animators

After his study in Aerospace Engineering on the Technical University in Delft, Pieter De Klerk obtained over more than 17 years of experience as a consultant in Maintenance Management. In 2001, he started working for Mainnovation. Besides the execution of maintenance and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)-system related projects, as Product Manager VDM he is responsible for future developments on the VDM-methodology. Pieter has a broad experience in different branches and industries.

Nico Groen is Principal Consultant and Trainer on the field of (physical) Asset Management, eager to bring the field of Asset Management to a higher level. In 2002 he founded Traduco Asset Management. In 2020 Traduco became a Mainnovation company. Nico is always looking for practical solutions, bringing the strategic management in contact with operations by structuring the tactical level within an organization.
