This two-day course is designed to teach the principles of increasing the operational safety of the most common machines in production facilities through Defect Elimination. 

Practice often proves to be more obstinate than theory when it comes to machine breakdowns. The importance of operational reliability is known wherever machines are in operation. Due to the large negative impact of machine breakdowns or problems, it is important to actively work on this.

This two-day course is designed to teach the principles of increasing the operational safety of the most common machines in production facilities through Defect Elimination. In addition to providing the participants with skills and insights into this topic, this training provides answers to questions such as:

Driven by a curiosity for people and technology, Pedro Viña is a lifelong learner and loves to share his knowledge, practical experiences and insights in industrial applications. He has more than 30 years of experience in solving complex problems with creative "out-of-the-box" solutions in challenges of every major industry.

He developed his pragmatic approach in maintenance departments in Antwerp, where he started as maintenance engineer for a refinery and ended as technology manager rotating equipment for a chemical company. Within I-care, he is in charge of education, training and development for I-care's own employees as well as for end users in the industry.
