Challenges in Managing Maintenance & Reliability Across Multiple Sites

Webinar
Maintenance Management
Asset Management

Managing maintenance, reliability and asset performance across several plants brings a unique set of challenges. You want to establish common standards and scale successful practices, while giving each site enough autonomy to respond to its local reality. You need to compare performance fairly, share scarce expertise and ensure that strategies agreed at corporate level are consistently translated into practice.

At the same time, a multi-site role can be a relatively isolated one. Few colleagues within your organisation face exactly the same combination of strategic, operational and organisational questions.

During this live webinar, experienced multi-site leaders Jos Vermylen (TotalEnergies) and Jan Sinnaeve (former La Lorraine Bakery Group and PepsiCo) share their perspectives on the role, its added value and the challenges they encounter in practice. We also unveil the new Multi-Site Asset Performance Community: a trusted peer network where professionals responsible for multiple sites can compare approaches, exchange experience and jointly explore practical solutions.

The webinar concludes with a preview of the Community’s first live meeting, taking place on 19 November 2026 during Asset Performance in Antwerp.
