About the trainer

This training course is delivered by one of the trainers from Technical Associates of Europe, the training department of I-Care and a recognized centre of expertise in maintenance, reliability, and predictive maintenance for industrial assets.
The trainers are experienced professionals with extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of industrial environments. They combine in-depth technical knowledge with a strong focus on practical application. Their approach bridges advanced technology and the day-to-day reality of maintenance and reliability teams, with the aim of delivering sustainable and effective improvements.

About the meaning of “leader” in this training

In this training, the word leader is used in its international, non-hierarchical meaning. It does not refer to someone who masters every technical detail or takes on a specialist role, but rather to a professional who has sufficient knowledge and overview to correctly understand, frame, and address maintenance and reliability topics.

The training is aimed in particular at professionals who today—or in the near future—take on a role in which maintenance management plays an important part. This could include new managers, engineers, project owners, or staff specialists.

Although the training does not turn participants into subject-matter specialists, it goes clearly beyond a basic introduction. Over a 3.5-day learning path, participants receive a structured and coherent overview of the main domains in maintenance management and reliability, including work management, shutdowns, spare parts, cost and safety management, CMMS, performance and data management, and basic principles of reliability engineering.

After completing the training, participants are able to:

  • take on concrete topics themselves at a high level,
  • initiate or structure improvement actions based on the methods provided,
  • critically review and adjust existing practices in their organization,
  • and, above all, work effectively with subject-matter specialists, using a shared terminology and realistic expectations.

In other words, the training does not make you an expert in every separate domain, but it provides enough depth and coherence to help shape maintenance in a well-founded and consistent way within your organization.
