This course introduces (starting) work planners to the systematics used and how to use them in their own daily work environment.

Work preparation and planning are necessary in order to carry out maintenance tasks as effectively and efficiently as possible. This not only ensures optimum use of the available resources, but also minimises downtime of the installations.

About the trainer

Johan Van Aken is reliability consultant and manager of Whistler Reliability. After several years in a production environment Johan made the switch to reliability and asset management. He is mainly active in setting up reliability structures, SAP-PM implementations and Life Cycle Management projects. During the last 3 years with Whistler Reliability he wants to make other people enthusiastic for reliabilty challenges.
