First virtual conference & webinar series Asset Performance 4.0 welcomes over 650 participants

From 15-17 September, BEMAS, the Belgian Maintenance Association, hosted its first virtual conference and webinar series Asset Performance 4.0. The 3 day conference with +100 presentations of 35 minutes each is followed by weekly webinars, which can all be re-watched during 1 year. More than 650 participants already joined the live event. Access to more than 50 hours of recordings, including the weekly webinars, is still available.

Focus on Maintenance 4.0, IoT and predictive analytics

The Asset Performance 4.0 Virtual Conference & Exhibition offers a unique opportunity to learn how new 4.0 technologies and fundamentals in operations, maintenance and asset management reinforce each other in order to achieve higher equipment reliability and cost performance in asset intensive industries.
“We are very proud to offer high-quality reviewed content that will undoubtedly provide further insights into maintenance of the future,” conference director Wim Vancauwenberghe states. “The great thing about hosting a virtual conference is the fact that people can access the content at their own convenience. Viewers have the possibility to fast-forward to the slides they are really interested in, which is a very time effective way of learning.”

More than 650 participants from over 20 countries

With more than 650 participants, the first three days of the virtual Asset Performance 4.0 conference & webinar series is a definite success. The audience enjoyed more than 100 online presentations and workshops, several keynotes and a virtual exhibition with 60 exhibitors who shared their expertise at their booth and during their talks.
“We welcomed the majority of participants from Belgium and the Netherlands,” says Wim Vancauwenberghe, “but we also see a large number of participants from France, Germany and the UK. Southern and Eastern Europe are also represented at the virtual conference, so we’re proud to have reached such an international audience.”

Register and re-watch the content when you want

All content of the first 3 days is available to be re-watched. Furthermore, participants can also attend 40+ weekly webinars, which are currently being added to the schedule, the Asset Performance Award presentations, and much more.
“With the Asset Performance 4.0 initiative, we want to contribute to the diffusion of knowledge in the field of digitalization strategies and digital innovations in asset intensive organizations across Europe. By offering a low-cost company subscription rate, we hope to inspire maintenance & asset management professionals all over Europe,” concludes Wim Vancauwenberghe, “especially during these trying corona times.”
