Maintenance & Asset Management training cycle 2021 - 2022

Anyone who works as a professional in technical maintenance and/or asset management today will probably agree: it is a challenging work environment! Technical installations are becoming more and more complex and less major (replacement) investments are being made in installations or factories.

So learning maintenance and asset management on-the-job is definitely a challenge. That is why we organise the Maintenance Management and Asset Management course for maintenance managers and anyone starting out in a technical leadership position.

Besides the important theoretical models on maintenance, reliability, maintenance management and asset management, we also bring very concrete tools and solutions that can be applied immediately in the company.

You will learn how to run a maintenance department, how to manage a maintenance budget, how to identify and realise savings opportunities, and so on. In short, you will get a complete overview of everything that is needed to efficiently manage your technical maintenance department.

About the training cycle

Our programme is the only complete training series in Belgium that provides a comprehensive overview of all aspects of technical maintenance and asset management. In September 2021, we will launch the ninth edition of the Maintenance & Asset Management training cycle. Since 2012, more than 150 professionals have been immersed in all aspects of this fascinating field.

The 2021-2022 edition starts at the end of September 2021 and runs until spring 2022. The programme consists of 25 modules of 4 hours net of teaching time, each on a Thursday afternoon. Before that, there is a starting session (Great Asset Management Experience) during a full day. During the final session, the participants present an improvement case in which they apply part of what they have learned to their company. A few months later, there is another exam session (CMRP certification).

We use the latest insights and work exclusively with experienced trainers who pay attention to practical cases, exercises and a lot of interaction. The dynamic and knowledge-sharing that occurs in each group is of great value to many participants.

Participant witnesses

"By participating in the "Maintenance and Asset Management" training cycle, I gained a lot of new insights related to maintenance and organisation. Moreover, I had the opportunity to visit various companies and make some interesting national and international contacts. For me, this already represents significant added value compared to other "traditional" training courses."

Carl Cattoir, Reliability Engineer at Bayer

"A very fascinating insight into the world of our customers."

Tijn Van Pelt, Lead Engineer at ABB DM Robotics

"An innovative and fresh look at certain aspects of maintenance. The cycle also has a motivating effect because it allows you to take some distance from 'daily maintenance'".
